CUSTOMER PREPARATION

Heat Treatment

These instructions apply when heat is part of the treatment plan. Your representative may provide additional property-specific instructions. Because every property is different, confirm all questions and timing with Top Bed Bug Pros before service.

Required Before Arrival

Fire and Life-Safety Systems

You must notify Top Bed Bug Pros before service if fire sprinklers, heat sensors, smoke detection, monitored alarms, or similar systems are present. Systems affected by heat must be properly disabled, isolated, drained, capped, placed into test mode, or otherwise protected before treatment, as applicable. This work is the Customer's responsibility and must be completed by the owner, property manager, alarm provider, licensed fire-sprinkler professional, or other qualified party.

Day-of-Service Decision

The technician will evaluate preparation and site conditions upon arrival. The Company may proceed, modify the treatment plan, postpone or reschedule service, or decline treatment. Preparation deficiencies may limit or void warranty coverage even when treatment proceeds.

Reentry

Treatment and cooling times vary. Confirm expectations with your representative. No person or animal may reenter until Top Bed Bug Pros confirms that reentry is permitted.

Customer Acknowledgment

I received and reviewed these preparation instructions. I understand that failure to prepare may cause postponement, modification, cancellation, additional charges if separately agreed, or loss of warranty coverage.
