Temperatures of 120–140°F maintained for about an hour prove fatal even to the pesticide-resistant bed bugs that invade homes today. We use heating units, a special dehumidifier, and multiple fans to raise the temperature to 120–140°F and lower humidity below 20%. Maximum heat is then maintained with computerized temperature monitors.
